SELECTION TESTS

Tests have been found to be one of the most valid and cost effective means for identifying the most suitable applicants for the job. When properly conducted, selection testing can save companies thousands of dollars each year.

We offer a wide variety of selection measurements:

• Interviews: Utilizando cuestionarios diseñados para identificar los candidatos potencialmetne más productivos, honestos y leales; identificando tempranamente aplicantes que podrían caer en comportamientos contraproductivos como robo, sabotaje, ausentismo y violaciones a la seguridad.
• Psychological Tests : pt XX calificación computarizada
• Physical Fitness tests : Miden objetivamente la velocidad, resistencia a la velocidad, fuerza, resistencia a la fuerza, potencia y resistencia aeróbica; comparándolas con parámetros objetivos necesarios para cada función.
• Skills tests : Incluyendo pruebas de proficiencia en polígono de tiro, defensa personal, conducción defensiva, conducción agresiva.
• Knowledgement test : Midiendo objetivamente los conocimientos mínimos necesarios para el cargo.

Luego de aplicar nuestra batería de pruebas, presentamos un informe donde medimos objetivamente la competencia del candidato a la posición con sus respectivas recomendaciones.
